Price includes preparing stock for pillars, removing material to allow for bedding compound, mating aluminum pillars to the action, radiused or flat, complete bedding of barreled action, float barrel 100%, epoxy seal barrel channel and all interior cuts. Square bottom metal to action. Prices do not include inletting.

Same exacting standards and process as pillar bedding but without the aluminum pillars. Also used to “freshen up” that old pillar bedding job by milling .100 to .125 off the existing bedding and pillars. Re-seal all interior cuts, float barrel.

Flat top stock work: complete fitting of stock to customers barreled action Complete inlet of customers barreled action to supplied flat top stock, taper barrel channel to barrel contour, or straight barrel channel, inlet for trigger guard, bolt root, bolt stop, inlet for outside removal of trigger housing where applicable, Pillar bed with Devcon and aluminum pillars, square trigger guard to bottom of action, sleeve access hole for removal of bolt stop set screw, mill for drop port and seal inside , chamfer edges, feather in all exterior cuts, blend cuts on fiberglass stocks, seal cuts on wood stocks, seal inside trigger housing area, seal barrel channel, make escutcheon for front action screw where applicable, mildly scar action below stock to prepare for glue in, rough up existing bedding for adhesion of glue in, Check function of drop port, check for all clearance around trigger housing cut in action, bolt root and bolt stop, check for removal and installation of bolt stop set screw. Prices do not include trigger guards, action screws or return S&H.
